Remember when trying to stick to a regular exercise and workout schedule, it’s okay to take a day off here and there, but frequent slacking off will eventually sabotage making any real progress. If you’re finding it too easy to make excuses to skip, try working out with others. Invite a friend or two to meet at the gym, maybe after work, for regular workouts together. And remember to always try and keep your workouts interesting so you don’t get bored from getting into a rut. Mix things up! Talk to a trainer about some new exercises or drop in on a class you haven’t taken before. Variety is the spice of life!
